Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Judgement Tarot regarding the use of the Service.

Refund Policy

Judgement Tarot offers free tarot tools as well as optional paid memberships (Plus and Pro). Because our Service is a digital product delivered instantly, the following refund terms apply. They are shown here so you know exactly what to expect before you subscribe.

Cancelling a membership stops future charges. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

Eligible Refunds

• New subscribers: A full refund of your initial payment is available if you request it within 14 days of your first paid charge and have not abused the Service (for example, by exceeding a reasonable use of the plan).
• Duplicate or erroneous charges: A full refund for any duplicate charge or confirmed billing error.
• Extended outage: A pro-rated refund or credit if the paid Service is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to an issue within our control.
• Statutory rights: If the law in your country grants you additional withdrawal or refund rights (for example, the 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU/UK), those rights are preserved.

How to Request a Refund

Email us with your account email address, the transaction ID or receipt, and a brief reason for the request. We acknowledge all refund requests within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Not Eligible for a Refund

• Billing periods that have already been used, except as described above.
• Renewal charges requested after the 14-day guarantee window for that charge.
• Accounts terminated for a violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

Free services: Our free tarot tools and complimentary readings do not involve any payment, so no charge is made and no refund is required. The refund terms above apply only to paid memberships.
