Politique de Remboursement

Judgement Tarot propose des outils de tarot gratuits ainsi que des abonnements payants facultatifs (Plus et Pro). Notre Service étant un produit numérique livré instantanément, les conditions de remboursement suivantes s'appliquent. Elles sont affichées afin que vous sachiez exactement à quoi vous attendre avant de vous abonner.

L'annulation de l'abonnement met fin aux prélèvements futurs. Votre formule reste active jusqu'à la fin de la période de facturation en cours, et vous ne serez plus débité.

Remboursements Éligibles

• Nouveaux abonnés : un remboursement intégral de votre premier paiement est possible si vous le demandez dans les 14 jours suivant le premier prélèvement et que vous n'avez pas abusé du Service (par exemple en dépassant un usage raisonnable de la formule).
• Prélèvements en double ou erronés : remboursement intégral de tout prélèvement en double ou erreur de facturation confirmée.
• Interruption prolongée : remboursement au prorata ou crédit si le Service payant est indisponible pendant plus de 72 heures consécutives en raison d'un problème sous notre contrôle.
• Droits légaux : si la loi de votre pays vous accorde des droits de rétractation ou de remboursement supplémentaires (par exemple, le droit de rétractation de 14 jours dans l'UE/au Royaume-Uni), ces droits sont préservés.

Comment Demander un Remboursement

Envoyez-nous un e-mail avec l'adresse e-mail de votre compte, l'ID de transaction ou le reçu et un bref motif. Nous accusons réception de toutes les demandes de remboursement dans un délai de 2 jours ouvrés et traitons les remboursements éligibles sous 5 à 10 jours ouvrés. Les remboursements approuvés sont renvoyés sur votre moyen de paiement d'origine.

Non Éligible au Remboursement

• Périodes de facturation déjà utilisées, sauf comme indiqué ci-dessus.
• Frais de renouvellement demandés après la fenêtre de garantie de 14 jours pour ce prélèvement.
• Comptes résiliés pour violation de ces Conditions ou de notre Politique d'Utilisation Acceptable.

Services gratuits : nos outils de tarot gratuits et nos lectures offertes n'impliquent aucun paiement ; aucun frais n'est prélevé et aucun remboursement n'est nécessaire. Les conditions de remboursement ci-dessus ne s'appliquent qu'aux abonnements payants.
