利用資格

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service. If you are under 18, you should use our Service with parental guidance. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements.

You acknowledge that tarot readings are for entertainment and spiritual guidance only, and you use them at your own discretion and risk.

補償

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Judgement Tarot and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Judgement Tarot regarding the use of the Service.

返金ポリシー

Judgement Tarotは、無料のタロットツールと、任意の有料メンバーシップ(PlusおよびPro)を提供しています。当サービスは即時に提供されるデジタル製品であるため、以下の返金条件が適用されます。これらは、ご登録前に正確な内容をご確認いただけるよう明示しています。

メンバーシップを解約すると、今後の請求は停止されます。プランは現在の請求期間の終了まで有効で、それ以降の請求は行われません。

返金の対象

• 新規登録者:最初の有料請求から14日以内に申請し、サービスを不正に利用していない場合(例えば、プランの合理的な利用範囲を超えた場合)、初回支払いの全額返金を受けられます。
• 重複または誤った請求:重複した請求または確認された請求エラーについては全額返金します。
• 長期の停止:当社の管理範囲内の問題により、有料サービスが72時間以上連続して利用できない場合、日割りでの返金またはクレジットを提供します。
• 法定の権利:お住まいの国の法律が追加の撤回権や返金権(例:EU/UKの14日間の撤回権)を認めている場合、それらの権利は保持されます。

返金の申請方法

アカウントのメールアドレス、取引IDまたは領収書、申請理由を添えてメールでご連絡ください。すべての返金申請は2営業日以内に確認し、対象となる返金は5〜10営業日以内に処理します。承認された返金は元の支払い方法に返金されます。

返金の対象外

• 上記に記載されている場合を除き、すでに利用された請求期間。
• その請求に対する14日間の保証期間を過ぎてからの更新料金の申請。
• 本規約または当社の許容使用ポリシーに違反して終了されたアカウント。

無料サービス:当社の無料タロットツールおよび無料の占いは支払いを伴わないため、請求は行われず、返金も不要です。上記の返金条件は有料メンバーシップにのみ適用されます。
