환불 정책

Judgement Tarot은 무료 타로 도구와 선택적 유료 멤버십(Plus 및 Pro)을 제공합니다. 당사 서비스는 즉시 제공되는 디지털 제품이므로 다음과 같은 환불 조건이 적용됩니다. 이 조건은 구독 전에 정확히 어떤 내용인지 알 수 있도록 명시되어 있습니다.

멤버십을 해지하면 향후 청구가 중단됩니다. 플랜은 현재 청구 기간이 끝날 때까지 유지되며, 이후에는 요금이 부과되지 않습니다.

환불 대상

• 신규 구독자: 최초 유료 청구일로부터 14일 이내에 요청하고 서비스를 남용하지 않은 경우(예: 플랜의 합리적인 사용 범위 초과), 최초 결제 금액 전액을 환불받을 수 있습니다.
• 중복 또는 오류 청구: 중복 청구 또는 확인된 결제 오류에 대해 전액 환불합니다.
• 장기 장애: 당사가 통제할 수 있는 문제로 유료 서비스가 72시간 이상 연속으로 제공되지 않는 경우 일할 계산하여 환불 또는 크레딧을 제공합니다.
• 법정 권리: 귀하의 국가 법률이 추가적인 철회 또는 환불 권리(예: EU/UK의 14일 철회권)를 부여하는 경우 해당 권리는 유지됩니다.

환불 신청 방법

계정 이메일 주소, 거래 ID 또는 영수증, 요청 사유를 포함하여 이메일로 문의해 주세요. 모든 환불 요청은 2영업일 이내에 확인하며, 대상 환불은 5~10영업일 이내에 처리합니다. 승인된 환불은 원래 결제 수단으로 반환됩니다.

• 위에 명시된 경우를 제외하고 이미 사용된 청구 기간.
• 해당 청구에 대한 14일 보장 기간 이후에 요청된 갱신 요금.
• 본 약관 또는 당사의 허용 사용 정책을 위반하여 해지된 계정.

무료 서비스: 당사의 무료 타로 도구와 무료 리딩은 결제가 수반되지 않으므로 요금이 부과되지 않으며 환불도 필요하지 않습니다. 위의 환불 조건은 유료 멤버십에만 적용됩니다.
