Política de Reembolso

O Judgement Tarot oferece ferramentas de tarot gratuitas e também assinaturas pagas opcionais (Plus e Pro). Como nosso Serviço é um produto digital entregue instantaneamente, aplicam-se os seguintes termos de reembolso. Eles são exibidos para que você saiba exatamente o que esperar antes de assinar.

Cancelar a assinatura interrompe cobranças futuras. Seu plano permanece ativo até o fim do período de cobrança atual, e você não será cobrado novamente.

Reembolsos Elegíveis

• Novos assinantes: você pode receber um reembolso total do pagamento inicial se solicitar dentro de 14 dias após a primeira cobrança paga e não tiver abusado do Serviço (por exemplo, excedendo o uso razoável do plano).
• Cobranças duplicadas ou erradas: reembolso total para qualquer cobrança duplicada ou erro de cobrança confirmado.
• Interrupção prolongada: reembolso proporcional ou crédito se o Serviço pago ficar indisponível por mais de 72 horas consecutivas devido a um problema sob nosso controle.
• Direitos legais: se a lei do seu país conceder direitos adicionais de retratação ou reembolso (por exemplo, o direito de retratação de 14 dias na UE/Reino Unido), esses direitos são preservados.

Como Solicitar um Reembolso

Envie-nos um e-mail com o endereço de e-mail da sua conta, o ID da transação ou recibo e um breve motivo do pedido. Confirmamos todas as solicitações de reembolso em até 2 dias úteis e processamos reembolsos elegíveis em 5 a 10 dias úteis. Os reembolsos aprovados são devolvidos ao seu método de pagamento original.

Não Elegível para Reembolso

• Períodos de cobrança já utilizados, exceto conforme descrito acima.
• Cobranças de renovação solicitadas após a janela de garantia de 14 dias para essa cobrança.
• Contas encerradas por violação destes Termos ou da nossa Política de Uso Aceitável.

Serviços gratuitos: nossas ferramentas de tarot gratuitas e leituras gratuitas não envolvem qualquer pagamento, portanto nenhuma cobrança é feita e nenhum reembolso é necessário. Os termos de reembolso acima se aplicam apenas a assinaturas pagas.
